Bawa-Garba campaign group reports progress in Scotland

A campaign group established in Scotland in support of Hadiza Bawa-Garba, the trainee paediatrician who was erased from the medical register after being convicted of manslaughter,1 hopes to improve conditions for doctors after talks with health service leaders.
The group, which represents almost 700 doctors from all parts of the NHS in Scotland, wants to see an end to unsafe working conditions that put patients at risk and to a culture of blame and persecution when things go wrong.
