There was an inconsistency between the model coefficients for cotinine in table 5 and the adjusted cotinine concentrations reported in table 6. This is because the data in table 6 had been converted to SI units but the coefficients had not been changed in table 5. The correct coefficients are shown in this revised table. The authors state that they do not affect the conclusions of the paper.
