Kurt Stange named editor of new research journal

Kurt Stange, MD, PhD

Kurt Stange, MD, PhD, has been named editor of the Annals ofFamily Medicine, a new journal that will publish original primarycare research. Dr Stange is a professor of family medicine,epidemiology/ biostatistics, oncology, and sociology at CaseWestern Reserve University in Cleveland. William Phillips, MD, MPH, a family physician from Seattle, has been named seniorassociate editor of the new journal, which will be publishedby the American Academy of Family Physicians, in collaborationwith five other family medicine organizations. The journalwill debut in the spring of 2003.
