During the editing process, a minus sign was twice deleted bymistake from this clinical review by Anthony D Woolf and KristinaÅkesson (12 July, pp 89-95). In box 4, the bone mineraldensity score indicating osteoporosis is in fact - $<=$ 2.5 [not $>=$ 2.5].
