An eagle eyed reader picked up an obvious mistake in this paper by Barbara Duncan and colleagues (27 January, pp 195-9). Inthe introduction, infection with Chlamydia trachomatis was saidto be difficult to detect because it is largely symptomatic; thisshould of course have readasymptomatic.
