Correction: Medical aspects of scuba diving

Owing to an author's error the telephone numbers for emergency services in Aberdeen given in the appendix to this article by JJW Sykes (4 June, pp1483-8) are wrong. The National Hyperbaric Centre in Aberdeen operates neither an emergency medical service nor an advice line for diving medical problems; both services are available from the Hyperbaric Medicine Unit within the Aberdeen Royal Hospitals Trust:

0224 681818 (request diving emergency doctor for emergencies only; 24 hours) 0224 681818 ext 52524 (for non-urgent matters; 9 00-17 00)
