MPs call for change in Northern Ireland’s abortion law: MPs in the UK parliament have tabled an amendment to the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Bill to give all women in Northern Ireland the right to an NHS abortion if they need one. Currently a legal abortion is only possible if there is a threat to the life of the woman or fetus.

Doctors can help people who have learning difficulties with sexual health: Doctors who work with people who have learning disabilities can play an important part in raising awareness of sexual health matters, says the Family Planning Association.
