EDITORAnother sensible modification to add to Brown's requests to God would be the separation of the pipework for swallowing and breathing, greatly reducing the risk of choking and eliminating the risk of aspiration (thereby rendering the job of anaesthetists a lot less interesting).1 That wasn't very intelligent design, was it?
