Yes: I was employed by the Centre for Global Health Research, Delhi, and the University of Toronto, Canada, from 2006-2008 to write reports on India's health needs and health reform system.

This alliance of public-sector bodies including UNICEF, the World Health Organisation and the World Bank, and private vaccine manufacturers, promotes wider access to immunization for children in the world's poorest countries."
