In this capacity he has been paid, and continues to be paid, by numerous professional print and electronic media outlets in Europe, North America, and Asia, for reporting assignments and dispatches, including for the BMJ Group. He has no stock options or shares in any pharmaceutical or healthcare companies. However, he invests in a personal pension scheme, which may invest in these types of companies and specific investment funds and which may also invest in such companies through various portfolio instruments.
