I have received reimbursement for some of my travel costs from the College of Family Physicians of Canada for a couple of meetings over the last five years. The last meeting I attended for them I paid my own way.

I have been paid by other clients to cover meetings and conferences.

Medical Education Network (a medical communications company) has paid for my travel expenses occassionally.
