C Soon Lee is currently Foundation Chair and Professor of Pathology at the new medical school of the University of Western Sydney. He is also Clinical Professor and Head of Cancer Pathology, Bosch Institute, University of Sydney, Head of Cancer Research at the Ingham Research Institute and Senior Pathologist at Liverpool and Royal Prince Alfred Hospitals in Sydney, Australia. His research interests are in the areas of oropharyngeal, prostate, breast and colorectal cancers. He is particularly interested in the investigation of biomarkers of prognosis and response to treatment using animal and invitro models and translating the findings to clinical applications. Prior to his current role at Journal of Clinical Pathology, Professor Lee served as Editor-in-Chief of the Australian journal Pathology from 2000-2009.
